Service Description

This course includes all of the classes available in our Visual & Performing Arts Camp for 7th- 12th graders at a huge discount. These are the same classes that you can register for individually: Theatre: This 2 week workshop is perfect for new actors or pros! Your student will build confidence, learn new skills, work together as a team and perform a one act play in front of a live audience. Students will have fun learning to memorize lines, build friendships, and learn what it takes to put on a live performance. Dance: Dancers of all skill levels, experience, and backgrounds are welcome! Students will be introduced to different dance movements and techniques, while learning a choreographed dance. The students will then perform the dance for the live performance. Choir: This class is for all singing levels, beginning to experienced. The class will work together to learn several songs to be sung at the performance. Different genres will be explored in a fun and engaging way to broaden horizons and help students appreciate the variety of music styles. Students will also learn some tips, tricks, and techniques to help everyone improve their singing voices. Majestic Movies: Be part of a short movie. Each participant will be given a role in a movie that will be recorded, edited and then played in front of a live audience on July 19th. ​Develop key skills in theatre and general life skills during this class by building your confidence and improving skills in speaking one on one, in front of an audience, and a before a camera. All while having fun and making new friends. Both experienced and novice actors will benefit from this class.
